Wine. Raspberry. Plums. Acidity: Bright Body: Medium - Juicy As a Pour Over This Idido lot opens with an elegant floral aroma layered over bright tropical fruit notes. The cup is lively and expressive, with juicy pineapple citrus acidity reminiscent of fresh orange zest, followed by sweet dried plums and a winey complexity. The finish is clean, aromatic, and intensely sweet — a refined yet vibrant Ethiopian profile elevated by yeast fermentation. As an Espresso Pulled as espresso, the coffee delivers a concentrated sweetness with a juicy, wine-like structure. Citrus and tropical fruit notes are more pronounced, balanced by a silky mouthfeel and a lingering floral aftertaste. The cup remains clean and articulate, showcasing clarity without losing depth.
