Peace of Mind with Yoga

Yoga in a heritage hall with a certified Yoga practitioner. Our Trainer is a young lady passionate about Yoga and fitness. Karishma, our trainer is articulate, cheerful and helpful. When she is busy otherwise, we have a retired male yoga teacher Mr. Jhalani who takes the class, he has been teaching Yoga for close to 50 years now!
