The walk starts at Marinha Beach, known for its limestone arches rising from the sea. Along the trail, you pass Benagil Algar, Carvalho Beach, and Alfanzina Lighthouse, with panoramic Atlantic views. The route reveals the Seven Hanging Valleys, shaped by ancient watercourses, along with cliffs, hidden coves, and unique landscapes. The walk ends at Vale Centeanes Beach, with the possibility of a swim. Difficulty: Moderate to challenging. After the hike, enjoy a private vineyard lunch at Algarve Gourmet, overlooking the vines.
