Carbonic Macerated Natural from Araucária farm showcasing the expressive tropical fruit aromas, banana and rich fruit notes with good acidity, fizzy mouthfeel and sweet aftertaste.
Our second season working with the Carbonic Macerated lot from Gabriel Barreto. This time of the Yellow Catucai variety. Expect bold fruit notes and rich flavour expression brought forward with carful anoxic fermentation while maintaining a good clarity and high sweetness in the cup.
