TOTUMO VOLCANO, Mud therapy, typical lunch and beach

We enjoy the Volcano, bathe in mud in a basic mud therapy, a typical lunch of fried fish, coconut rice, patacones or other alternatives and finally visit the beaches of Manzanillo. It is an attractive and popular place because it is full of “medicinal mud”, its natives say it is healing for its components such as; water, silica, aluminum, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron and more minerals. According to testimonies from residents it leaves a positive appearance on the skin and relieving muscle and joint pains.
