Sorrento is the city that gives its name to the Sorrento coast, it is located in front of Naples and its bay, in the south-western part of Italy. Built on the tuff cliff that separates it from its crowded marina, Sorrento is famous for its sea view, its cultural, artisanal and gastronomic traditions as well as the production of extra virgin olive oil, Limoncello, inlaid woodwork, the production of ceramics and many other products in the confectionery sector. Piazza Tasso is the center of the city. The Cantina del Vesuvio, located on the low hills of the volcano, offers a spectacular view of the Gulf of Naples. The program is structured with a guided tour within the 4 hectares of the winery close to the archaeological site of Pompeii, among historical testimonies, vineyards and elegant cellar structures.
