The fruit is drawn from vines averaging 30 years of age grown on clay and limestone soils. A traditional Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet rendering the additional work of organic vine management (a rarity in Bordeaux) very worthwhile. Medium bodied and voluptuous with notes of plum, cassis and dried herbs. A plush wine that doesn’t forsake complexity for softness.
