GREEN Fiji, Organic Wild Grown

After a long interlude, Fiji is now producing coffee from the islands of Viti Levu and Vanua Levu. The varietals growing in Fiji are a mixture of Coffee Arabica and Coffee Liberica along with some Robusta as well. Our Fijian coffee is made up of various Arabica varietals and packs a punchy cup as interesting as its unusual origin. All of the coffee in Fiji is essentially wild – not commercially cultivated, but growing freely in the forest and handpicked by local farmers. Officially certified as organic by Organic Pasifika.
