Sourced from multiple estate vineyards across the Havelock Hills, Bridge Pa Triangle and Dartmoor Valley, the wine reflects both site diversity and meticulous vineyard selection. The 2023 vintage offered favourable ripening conditions, allowing for the development of concentrated fruit while retaining freshness and structural balance. Unlike typical New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, Cape Crest is fermented and aged in French oak, with the inclusion of small portions of Sémillon and Sauvignon Gris adding depth and texture.
