Orecchiette Workshop in Cologne Fresh Pasta as in Southern Italy

Our orecchiette workshop offers much more than just a cooking class: It is an authentic journey into southern Italian food culture – in the middle of Cologne. In a family atmosphere, participants experience the art of handmade pasta as it has been prepared for generations in Salento. What makes this workshop special is the combination of genuine Italian hospitality, traditional techniques and a modern, purely vegetarian-vegan cuisine. Each participant forms pasta with their own hands, learns the stories behind the recipes and enjoys a homemade dish at the end – fresh, honest and with a lot of love.
