Fruit cutting & vegetable fruit carving

By appointment only. A small lesson. The instructor will try after the demonstration. The familiar fruit is beautiful and easy to eat. “Fruit Cutting” has been refined by combining Eastern and Western techniques. I think that the techniques I learned will be useful for the future.
