The beginning of our tour starts in Loulé where you can visit the local market and discover the most diverse regional products as well as the historic centre. You will also visit Vila de Querença, where you can experience the influence of Arab architecture without forgetting Nossa Sra. Igreja da Assunção located at the highest point of the village. Unlike other coastal towns in the Algarve, Barraco do Velho is a small rural village located in Serra do Caldeirão, very close to the border with the Alentejo region. In this small town you will get to know the great tradition of cork and you will be able to taste the typical medronho brandy liqueur. We then proceed to our last destination of Alte, a picturesque village where the famous Fontes and the wonderful waterfall of Queda do Vigário are located.
