Koyle Costa La Flor Sauvignon Blanc 750 ML

The varietal white 2022 Costa La Flor Sauvignon Blanc was produced with grapes from two vineyards, nine and 20 kilometers away from the sea, respectively (San Antonio and Casablanca, so Aconcagua, a change this year to be able to reach the volume they wanted to do), with granite and limestone soils, and both with influence from the sea and the minerals from these old coastal soils. The wine has only 12.43% alcohol with very good freshness (reflected with a pH of 3.11). It fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and was kept with lees for four months. The wine feels a bit reductive (it's also closed with a screw cap, which sometimes potentiates the reduction), and after breathing for a while in the glass, it reveals pungent herbal aromas, a sharp palate and vibrant flavors, with effervescent acidity and a bone-dry finish, almost salty.
