How to Use
Take 1 to 2 teaspoon of GOS once a day. Simply stir it into a glass of water, juice, tea or coffee. Add it to hot/cold beverages or foods.
During the first week of taking GOS, users may experience more stomach rumbling than usual, possibly some excess wind or bloating. These symptoms should not be too bothersome and will stop, usually by the end of the first week
