Guided and guided walk, discovery of the Mediterranean flora and fauna, the Catalan truffle and the general environment of the Organ Site, the geology of the Eastern Pyrenees, an initiation workshop to Bird Songs with demonstration using my collection of sixty calls, unique views of the 2 Organ sites. Winter only and when the conditions are met assisted in the collection by truffle dogs and transmissions of secrets about the cultivation of black diamonds.
