PREMIUM FEATURES AND BENEFITS DUAL BOILER: Two boilers: a 0.12 lt capacity, lead-free brass boiler for coffee brewing, and a 0.9 lt stainless steel boiler for steam and hot water to make coffee while using the steam wand or the hot waterspout simultaneously. Thanks to the Quick Heat Up system, the machine is fully heated up with a stable temperature within minutes. 2 PIDs and BREW GAUGE: The dual-PID regulation offers exceptional brew temperature stability and powerful and steady steam. It also features an easily accessible external OPV, preset at 9 bar, to customize brew pressure with the simple twist of a screwdriver, for a total control of the experience and of the in-cup quality. The frontal brew gauge gives you constant control of the brew pressure at any time. ADJUSTABLE PRE-INFUSION: Automatic and manual pre-infusion are available. The manual pre-infusion allows to customize the wetting, soaking and brewing times according to your preferences and to the type of coffee used. The automatic pre-infusion can be selected and adjusted on three levels (light, medium, dark).
