Heritage Routes of Guayaquil's Cemetery

Located in the basement of Cerro del Carmen and within the area of the Old City of Guayaquil, the General Cemetery is a site with quite a history from the aspect that you want to observe. In it are ex-presidents and ex-vice presidents of Ecuador as well as Próceres de la Independencia of October 9, 1820. In the same way it is a place where art overflows especially in Door # 3 which is where most of the travel. In 2011, the National Institute of Cultural Heritage extended the declaration of Cultural Heritage of Ecuador to the entire area occupied by the General Cemetery of Guayaquil.
