Tuscan oil produced in the same estate where the famous Sassicaia comes to life.

Along the Tyrrhenian coast, in the province of Livorno, the Alta Maremma, one of the most famous olive regions of Tuscany. At 50 m above sea level, south of Livorno, is Tenuta San Guido, which covers 2,500 hectares, including 110 olive groves.

From November to early December, Frantoio, Raggiola and Moraiolo varieties are harvested using the technique of Internet surfing. The subsequent pressing in the company with the grinding wheels and low pressure pressing gives rise to an extra virgin olive oil of veiled appearance and fruity flavor, with notes of tomato and sage.
