Mindful Walk in a Hidden Tuscan Forest, Shamanic Sound and Tea

I am a professional photographer, manager, and event/expedition organizer. Over the past 20 years, I have organized and led numerous expeditions in various parts of the world, including remote locations, and under challenging weather conditions. During my travels, I have studied many traditions, including Reiki Level 2 and shamanic initiation. I apply this knowledge in practice, leading forest meditations to relax both mind and body. I have extensive knowledge of flora and fauna, and am an expert in identifying plants, berries, and mushrooms.
