2016 Les Forts de Latour Pauillac - Bordeaux Red G01

Les Forts de Latour 2016 is the second wine of the renowned Château Latour. A sublime red wine, it is one of the greatest wines of Pauillac. It comes from the area surrounding the Château's walled vineyard, including younger vines (around 40 years old) and a few parcels that could be used for the grand vin. This 2016 vintage possesses an enchanting density and beautiful freshness . It perfectly introduces the excellence of Château Latour. 

Grape Varieties: 71% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot

The dress: dark

The nose:  aroma of ripe black and red fruits, with subtle floral notes.

The palate: fresh and remarkably persistent. The finish leaves a slight bitterness along with notes of coffee.
