Our unblended single Yabukita cultivar matcha has been specially grown in Shizuoka. This limited small batch production reflects the variations in terroir, climate, and season. Top-quality with extra firing or deeper roast (火入れ) undertaken to reduce astringency and vegetal taste. 

Deep green in color - soft and mild with naturally balanced sweetness and umami.
