Casa Dragones Blanco Tequila - Mexico P07

A crystal clear small batch of Blanco Tequila from NOM 1489 but based in San Miguel De Allende. Casa Dragones was created by Bertha González Nieves the first woman to be certified as ‘Maestra Tequilera’.

This 100% Blue Agave tequila creates its character through a duel barrel aging process in new French Oak and American Oak barrels, each selected for its individual flavor and characteristics. Casa Dragones aim for a pure crisp tequila that can be sipped neat or on the rocks.

The nose: Agave, black pepper, vanilla, mint, citrus.
The Palate: Agave, vanilla, black pepper, mint, grapefruit and flowers.
