Experience Materuni Waterfalls and Kikuletwa Hot Springs

Materuni Waterfall, one of the tallest in the region, cascades crystal-clear glacial water from a height of 70 meters into a serene basin. The scenic trail to the waterfall, located at 2,500 meters above sea level, winds through lush valleys and rolling hills draped in tropical rainforest, passing by local coffee, banana, and avocado farms—known as shambas in Kiswahili. After enjoying a delicious local lunch, we will pick you up from Materuni and take you to the breathtaking Chemka Hot Springs. The journey to the hot springs follows a bumpy and winding road, taking approximately 40 minutes. Upon arrival, you can swim in the crystal-clear waters, relax, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy a refreshing experience. If you’d like, we can even prepare a barbecue while you swim!
