INSTRUCTIONS

 

Chocolate powder and sugar quantities can be adjusted as per individual taste and milk ratio

WHIPPED TOPPING

Sprinkle 3 tsp of whipped topping mix on 6 tsp of  cold milk or water and beat for 4 minutes

Or required consistency is reached. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
