Helleborus lividus 'Purple Ear'

Rarely available, Helleborus lividus 'Purple Ear' is an unusual and exquisite variety prized for its softly coloured, graceful blooms that add sophistication to any garden.From late winter into early spring, pendulous clusters of cup-shaped flowers in creamy green tones gently tinged with pale purple, bring welcome colour to shady borders, woodland gardens and patio containers when little else is in bloom. The flowers emerge above compact clumps of marbled semi-evergreen foliage that continue to look handsome long after the flowers fade. Ultimate height and spread: 50cm (20in).
