The Sauzet Domaine covers roughly 10 hectares in Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne Montrachet and produces some of the finest white Burgundies. Winemaker Gerard Boudot has a magic touch and the wines, from the village of Puligny to the grand crus, are exceptional.

Pale, bright, green-tinged yellow. Sexy aromas of white nectarine and minerals complicated by oak notes of vanilla and toast. Dense, pure and precise, with a distinctly sappy, tactile quality to the savory flavors of white stone fruits and crushed rock.

This really saturates the palate with flavor and builds on the aftertaste. A premier cru with the energy to support a leisurely evolution in bottle.
