You make your own St Marcell’eaux, inspired by Saint-Marcellin, as well as fresh cheese and cottage cheese. The artisan explains the natural mechanisms, milk reactions, the role of ferments and the importance of textures. The experience is designed to be accessible to everyone, even without prior knowledge. You handle, observe transformations live and receive careful support.
