2023 Daniel Bouland 'Corcelette' Morgon

From one of Beaujolais's most renowned vignerons, Bouland's 'Corcelette' Morgon is produced from vines that average around 60 years of age. The wine is complex and concentrated, while still remaining youthful and vibrant. Great care is taken in making this delicately red-fruited wine, and while drinking beautifully now, it would be safe to pop in the cellar for the next couple of years. Drink alongside smoky charcuterie, rare duck breast, classic roast chicken or steak frites.
