Kilimanjaro day hike.

You will begin your hike at Marangu Gate (1,900m) before traversing through the equatorial rainforest to Mandara Hut (2,700m), which is situated on the forest belt border just below Maundi Crater. Along the way, you’ll get to witness some of the mountain’s diverse flora and fauna, while enjoying breath-taking views of the magnificent Mt. Kilimanjaro. You will also get the chance to see a variety of colourful birdlife and many species of monkeys including the Black and White Colobus. You may also meet tired hikers descending from the summit – be sure to give them a high-five for effort!
