Chicken Hotdogs/Wieners

5 Wieners per package. Approximate weight per package: Approx 150 g Our chickens come from small organic farms. They are raised free-run indoors with an abundance of space to move. When they are around 3 weeks old, they are given access to an outdoor area, weather permitting. They are fed a certified organic grain diet. Ingredients: Certified Organic Chicken, Sea Salt, Spice Extracts, Dextrose, Sodium Phosphate. Tip: To retain moisture and tenderness, avoid baking or pan-frying the hot dogs as this will dry them out. Warm them up in boiling water instead.
