Blue Moon White Tea

One of our exclusive in-house creations, Blue Moon White Tea was inspired by Joyce’s uncle, who grows blue butterfly pea flowers in Thailand. This signature blend (also a customer's favorite at the tea lounge), combines white and green teas with Thai lemongrass and mixed fruit, creating a vibrant blue infusion that’s both refreshing and aromatic. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and watch it transform into a stunning violet hue, a touch of magic that happens only once in a blue moon! Ingredients: white tea, green tea, jasmine, mango, pineapple, papaya, peach, currant, strawberry, raspberry, lemongrass, orange peel, blue pea flower, natural flavor Steeping Suggestion: Use 1.5 tsp/ 8oz cup. Steep 5 minutes in 212 °F water
