2024 ELM Bomba Bianco

The ELM Bomba Bianco is a blend of Pinot Bianco, Malvasia Istriana and Friulano, all traditional Italian white grape varieties grown in the Alpine Valley. Made by Madeleine Marson and named for herself and her sisters (Emily and Laura), ELM wines are best drunk around the table with family, friends and of course, good food. Dry with some weight and texture, a little honey on the nose and a long savoury finish. Drink alongside a Tuscan marinated chicken Marylands, slow roasted porchetta or some Toulouse sausages.
