Traditional Olive Oil Tasting A special part of the experience is a guided olive oil tasting using extra virgin olive oil produced from the olives of your farm. You’ll learn how to recognize quality olive oil, understand its characteristics, and discover why olive oil is at the heart of the Cretan diet.
