Trekking/Hiking Yarumo Blanco Waterfall from Pereira or Armenia

Discover the majesty of Los Frailes Waterfall on a guided trek through the lush sub-Andean forest. This 70-meter-high natural wonder comes from the Santa Rosa paramillo and is located on the Aguas and Aguas de Pereira properties. Since 2017, thanks to agreement 006 between Aguas y Aguas de Pereira and the Yarumo Blanco Community Association, ecotourism activities have been established as a conservation strategy. Accompanied by a local Environmental Interpreter, you will enjoy an unforgettable walk from the Buenos Aires farm to the waterfall, contributing to the maintenance of environmental education and research activities carried out by the Association, as well as the support of local inhabitants in the maintenance of the trail and of the visitor service center.
