This Idido Honey G1 carries a comfortable honey aroma, which transition very well into a natural peachy sweetness and acidity as you drink, and ends with an elegant aftertaste of a black tea.

Honey-process is not a common sight in Ethiopia for the past decades, especially in the shadows of their amazing washed and natural profiles. With careful procedure and protocols, Ashenafi produced several batches of amazing honey process coffees with success, which encouraged him to continue doing so.
