Our gastro-cultural experience starts off with a brief introduction to the essential flavors and ingredients of Mexican cuisine at the market. Then, in an ambiance full of joy, music and laughter, we will prepare a full menu with sides, salsa and agua fresca The preparation of tortillas and quesadillas is from scratch, as well as quesadillas, for which we always use artisanal cheese.
