Azores Peak Mountain Pernoita in the Crater - Adventure and Camping

The overnight climb to the Peak Mountain is a unique experience in which participants begin the climb accompanied by a certified Guide, following the official trails to the top of the highest mountain in Portugal, crossing different geological zones and volcanic landscapes. After the rise, the group overnight safely in the crater, enjoying the silence of the mountain, an unforgettable sunset and starry sky, resuming the walk the next day to reach the peak (Piquinho) at dawn and then start the descent to the Casa da Montanha.
