Our seasonal Joulukahvi (Christmas coffee) is a collaboration with local designers and friends Saana ja Olli. This year we have a really nice coffee from our friends in Brazil, Casa Almeida Barreto.
This lot is a Red Catuai lot from the 2023 harvest. Very classic flavour profile and very much fitting for the season with red fruit character and red apple like acidity paired with dark chocolate and good sweetness and balance.
