Open fermented, basket pressed and matured in seasoned oak, this aged material is the mother lode of Rockford’s modified solera, a three-year fractional blending system. Oxidised base material provides soft textures and flavours. Hallmarks of this celebratory and timeless sparkling red wine are velvety, smooth, aged textures and richness of fruit.
