Full Day Hiking in Retezat National Park

A one-day hike departing from Cluj Napoca to Retezat National Park, one of the most beautiful and wild mountain ranges in Europe. Retezat is known for its over 80 glacial lakes of a special blue, for its alpine peaks and ridges over 2500 meters high and for the flora and fauna biodiversity encountered at every step. Last but not least, as we are in Țara Hațegului, and old well preserved etnographic region, we can visit on the road back some very old stone churches, which have a very interesting history and are strongly connected with the Romanian genesis.
