Nuits Saint Georges 2023 Domaine Roux - Burgundy Red B03

The terroir where the Nuits-Saint Georges appellation is located is characterized by limestone hills with a thick layer of stony gravel, which give the Pinot Noir pleasure, refinement and a pleasant taste and olfactory bouquet. After the manual harvest, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel; the second fermentation takes place in oak barrels. This step is followed by aging in barrels for about seven months.

Bright ruby red color, on the nose there are aromas of cherries, currants, cassis, hints of undergrowth and spices.

In the mouth, it is round, and structured, with smooth tannins.
