Trail running Lion's Head to Signal Hill Morning Run

The destination Lion's Head and Signal Hill, the run encompasses the incredibly scenic trail which goes all around Lion's Head and Signal Hill in a figure of eight format. It is part of Table Mountain National Park and support a high diversity of endemic flora. The routes is mostly along non technical well-trodden hiking trails with exceptional views of Cape Town, Table Mountain and Lion's Head. With little positive gradient and a maximum running distance of 10 to 12 kilometers it is a very friendly trail run.
