Nestled in the cool highlands of northern Mindanao, Sitio San Roque is home to smallholder farmers who cultivate coffee alongside other crops, drawing from the region’s fertile soils and biodiverse landscape. This cup's tasting notes of brown sugar, pineapple, and rambutan also mimic the crops that Bukidnon harvests. In the cup, mellow brown sugar sweetness is layered with bright and juicy pineapple and rambutan once it cools. Its sweetness is pronounced and lingering, tying the fruit and sugar notes together into a rounded, satisfying finish.
