Easy silk ribbon Sanctband

The terms Flossing or Flossband were only recently known in Germany by a few athletes and therapists in the fields of powerlifting, weightlifting and cross-training, where athletes wrap or band their limbs. In collaboration with renowned sports physiotherapist Sven Kruse, we have developed these Flossbands with different levels of resistance and 3 different band widths, based on his EASYFLOSSING concept. During Flossing, the Flossband, about 2 m long, is tightly wrapped around the part of the body and joint being treated, with a thickness of 4 to 7 times that of a medium-sized exercise band. Flossing speeds up the recovery of various injuries and releases tissue adhesions. With different application options, the musculature is put under pressure using the Flossband. Ideally, this is done while the wrapped limb is in motion. The advantage is that different exercises can be performed under compression, relieving the tissue and/or joint.
