Our second season working with the Arara, our favourite variety grown at the Araucária farm. This Honey processed lot brings forward the elegant fruit notes and great acidity while highlighting the clean expression.
The journey into exploring modern Brazilian coffee with Casa Almeida Barreto is one of our closest relationships cultivated and expressed in some of the finest coffees to come out of the country.
All our coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
