Organic Combo Dumplings & Xiao Long Bao Class with Market Walk

You will get hands-on step-by-step instructions and you will learn both xiao long bao and dumplings cooking techniques that easily be repeated at home. I am happy to share my family recipe with you. All xiao long bao wrappers are made from scratch and half of dumplings wrappers are made from scratch. You can opt to make all dumplings from scratch too. You will also learn how to prepare the fillings and how to wrap in a traditional classic way. Before the class you will discover our traditions and culture by visiting to a local fresh food market too. Evening class we will visit a night market in Temple street for learning HK street food. Vegan is also welcome and available upon request.
