DioraHydrate Effervescent Tab 20 DioraHydrate Blackcurrant Effervescent Tablets contain a scientifically calculated amount of electrolytes and carbohydrates for active hydration in a range of situations such as hot days, whilst travelling and during/after exercise. DioraHydrate Blackcurrant Effervescent Tablets are free from gluten, lactose and colourings. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
