Sushi Making Experience In front of TokyoTower

◆ Combine a cooking lesson with a sushi meal ◆ Practice under the guidance of a licensed instructor ◆ Lesson takes place in our state-of-the-art Grand TJT facility near Tokyo Tower ◆ Dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice (vegan, kosher, halal, etc.) ◆ Receive an easy-to-use sushi-making kit as a souvenir Students will make the following two types of sushi: ・Gunkan Zushi: Rice wrapped in nori seaweed topped with soft ingredients such as salmon roe, cod roe, or minced tuna ・Nigiri Zushi: Classical style sushi: rice topped with ingredients such as tuna, shrimp, white fish, etc. ◆ Upgrade your experience to include a sake or tea tasting session (additional cost).
