This process makes describing wine easy and fun, and you’ll gain ongoing knowledge to confidently evaluate any wine, in any setting. Lunch follows at Olio Bello, with woodfired pizzas, salads, wine and olive oil + skincare sampling. The afternoon consists of tastings at two boutique wineries and a scenic vineyard for glass of wine and cheeseboard, concluding with a brewery visit.
