Hibiki 21 Year Old is a masterpiece of Japanese whisky art, crafted by Suntory. A blend of rare malt (Yamazaki and Hakushu) and grain (Chita) whiskies, all aged at least 21 years, this prestigious vintage embodies the perfect balance, aromatic depth and complexity that have made the Hibiki range world-renowned.

Launched in 1989, its iconic bottle features twenty-four facets, a nod to the twenty-four Japanese seasons. This blended whisky is aged in Japanese Mizunara oak barrels and reaches full maturity thanks to Suntory's master blenders' expertise.

It has a deep amber color. The nose is rich and sophisticated, revealing aromas of plum, dried fig, leather, incense, honey, spices and noble oak.

On the palate, the texture is velvety and captivating, with complex flavors of black fruits, chocolate, candied fruits, black tea and precious wood.

The finish is extraordinarily long, harmonious and elegantly spiced.
